Our Story

In 2023, the visionary Cody Hatfield spearheaded a PhD research team dedicated to exploring the military applications of drone technology. This trailblazing team laid the foundation for what is now known as AeroMed Lab.

Ryan McBeth, a seasoned military consultant, was initially sought for his expertise and quickly became an integral part of the team, steering client integrations with his invaluable insights.

Stephanie Lenow joined the team in 2024 to lead business strategy and stakeholder engagement, coming from 14 years in healthcare administration, grant acquisition and project management.

They are joined by a growing team of experts dedicated to advancing the cause.

Born in Dallas, Texas, the indomitable spirit of the frontier is the lifeblood of our organization. We navigate uncharted territories with determination and an unwavering work ethic. Being at the forefront requires resilience, and it’s a challenge we embrace wholeheartedly.
